The 17^th century Grade II* listed Stable Block is located within the heart of the historic estate surrounded by lavish landscaping and stunning architecture.

The high-quality restoration is focused on attention to detail to recreate the historical space which will accommodate twelve luxury 5-star suites, members lounge, clubroom and bar.

The machine sheds will be transformed into a extravagant events space capable of seating up to 120 people incorporating a new commercial kitchen and fabulous bar area. The external courtyards will replicate the Georgian and Victorian styles and create an extensive outdoor space to supplement the historic architecture whilst maintaining a heritage-focused delivery solution.

XL Associates have provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services from the outset of the planning submission, a traditional procurement route was carefully considered to ensure that the clients inspirational mind for period interior design could integrated at all stages of the development.

The project is due to be completed late 2025.
