Stover Park Phase 1

Phase 1 of the works consists of the demolition of 4 Nr existing warehouse and remediation of external hardstanding and bulk earthworks associated with the entire development area, design and construction 2 Nr industrial units comprising 66,000ft² complete with external works and services.

The works are being designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent with an EPC Rating of “A”. Photovoltaic Panels along with EV Chargers have been included as part of the scheme.

XL Associates are providing Quantity Surveying services.

The project is due to commence on site in Summer 2025.
