Volume 22 Fit Out

The project comprises the design and internal fit out of 87nr apartments comprising installation of concrete floor topper, internal walls, insulation of party walls and external walls complete with boarding, plaster and finishes. Design and insulation of MEP systems to apartments, communal areas, design, supply and installation of external cladding, support brackets and insulation to cavity.

The project is designed with sustainable materials and innovative technologies, and to The Passivhaus standard achieving peak performance criteria in operation.

The project is due to be completed in May 2025.

XL Associates provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for both pre and post contract periods. The works were procured through a competitive tender utilising JCT Design and Build form of contract.
