Project Description
Construction of a new 72 bed care home and achieved an EPC Rating of “A”. The works were designed around the existing Clifton Park Hospital and private residential properties. The care home was designed to be three-storeys with to design creative day space for the residents. The development upgraded vehicular & pedestrian access from Blue Beck Drive.
The project completed in September 2024.
